Many of the above programs and others not listed here have conducted independent studies indicate much higher success rates tha 12 step based However, it is believed by AA and NA members and clinicians alike that for most people who truly practice the 12 steps in there life - AA or NA success rates can be extremely high as well. AA and NA by design to not keep statistical data. Nothing will get you clean or sober unless make it the most important thing in your life. It depends on where you feel comfortable opening up and weather you want a more modern holistic approach treating the whole body.
